Pro Tech Auto Repair was founded in 1994 by Ken and Sue who still operate it today. This family owned business takes pride in servicing all makes and models of cars and light trucks, both domestic and imports.
Ken and Sue believe that honest business is the best kind of business. They believe that every individual should be treated with courtesy and respect. They strive to give each customer personalized service and a complete understanding of their vehicle repairs and service needs.

We were the first independent repair shop in Pullman to offer courtesy rides for our customers convenience, because we understand that repairing and maintenance of your vehicle does not always fit conveniently into your schedule.
We are family friendly, and properly maintained pets are always welcome.

Ken has over 30 years of automotive experience. He is a graduate of Arizona Automotive Institute, and he worked in the automotive part sales industry for 12 years before opening his own business. He uses this knowledge and expertise to insure that every customer receives reliable, affordable car repair.
Sue has been in the automotive industry for 15 years. She started at the ground level and enjoys sharing what she has learned over the years with others. She has assumed the position of service writer/ office manager for the company, because as the old saying goes "those who can't do, teach". Sue whole heatedly believes that everyone should have a basic knowledge of their car, and she is always willing to give them any information they require in that endeavor.
