The people I spoke with a pro where so friendly and caring. It ended up it was only her battery and we could not have been happier. The price are really good and they are fast. "I had to suddenly transport my horse down to Pullman for emergency surgery a couple weeks ago and noticed on my 6 hour drive down there that the lights on my trailer were not exactly legal. As I left the trailer down there, while my horse recovered, I remembered the trailer lights back at home. I Googled repair shops that were close to WSU and chose Protech due to the reviews. Everyone was right. Sue emailed me back right away, I set up the appt., and they were ready for me upon my return. Ken and his son diagnosed 3 problems with the wiring and I was fixed and ready to go almost right away. Seemless and excellent!! Great shop.‎"
